The Port Authority of Castellón has a Customer Service (SAC) to improve the support to customers, suppliers, society and institutions.
This service is the result of a quality policy aimed at stakeholders satisfaction and its main objective is to be an effective media between Port Community and its customers as well as the entire environment around their activity and facilities.
SAC is designed as a single channel to centralize any complaint, claim, question or suggestion with a commitment to answer within 48 hours.
You can use this service filling the form at the beginning of this section, sending an email to email@example.com or phoning to 900 214 230 (you should inquire directly for the Customer Service). Ultimately, the SAC allows more and better accessibility, enabling continuous improvement of services.

According to the 15/1999 Organic Law, about Data Protection, and 34/2002 Law on information services, we inform you that your email address and other personal data provided to the PORT AUTHORITY OF CASTELLÓN will be included in a file to be processed, in order to carry out a proper management of the services offered, of the contacts and of the customer relationships.
You can exercise your rights by sending us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org adding “Data Protection” in the subject. You could also inform us by sending a letter to PORT AUTHORITY OF CASTELLÓN, Muelle Serrano Lloberes, s/n 12100 – Grao de Castellón (Castellón), including your name and address and indicating explicitly the exercised right.
