PortCastelló launches a survey to measure the degree of citizen satisfaction

The Port Authority of Castellón has launched a survey to assess the level of satisfaction of the citizens of Castellón, Grau and Almassora about the port of Castellón. An initiative that is part of the objectives of the Strategic Plan 2024 of the Port Authority of Castellón The objective of this survey is to know the perception of the port area among its closest environment. The information will be treated anonymously and strictly confidential and its conclusions will make it possible to implement improvements in the quality of care and services offered by PortCastelló to citizens.

The president of the Port Authority of Castellón, Rafa Simó, has pointed out that this survey is part of the different actions that “we promote to carry out logistical and sustainable development, and for this it is essential to actively listen to society and the environment in which the port sits”.

In total, 700 face-to-face interviews will be carried out and the company in charge of carrying out this field work will be Coto Consulting, specialized in market research. It will have a period of four months necessary for the design of the research, deploy the field work and finally present the results.
