The Castellón Port Authority pays tribute to the two who died in the Nazmiye Ana ship accident: the Castellón-based docker David and the Indian sailor Bhanu Pratap. The public body has raised its flags at half mast as a sign of mourning and its entire team has observed a minute of silence in solidarity with the families.
On the other hand, the ramp located next to the Centennial dock of the port of Castellón will be renamed “Rampa del Esteibador” in memory of the deceased docker and in recognition of the work of the entire group. In addition, a sculpture will be installed in the public area of the port so that the memory of David, the sailor Bhanu Pratap and the accident of the ship Nazmiye Ana will always remain alive. The president of PortCastelló, Rafa Simó, will submit both proposals to the Board of Directors.
