The Port Authority of Castellón has hosted a working meeting with representatives of four other port authorities to analyze the improvements to be introduced in the Balanced Scorecard (WCC) of the Puertos del Estado Public Agency, a tool that unifies the strategy and common objectives for the entire Spanish port system.
Thus, Barcelona, Cartagena, Castellón, Coruña, Gijón and Valencia have been the pilot authorities chosen to lead this project that aims to revise the current model, which dates from 2001. The work has been commissioned by Puertos del Estado and carried out by the consulting firm Co-enable Advisors, led by Enrique Vicedo and its conclusions will be presented for discussion shortly in Madrid to all 28 Port Authorities that make up the Spanish port system.
The contributions of this working group will serve to propose improvements that allow updating and strengthening the Integral Scorecard of the port system, and adapting it to the new strategic framework of State Ports.
The representatives of the ports have been received by the president of the Port Authority of Castellón, Francisco Toledo, and the director Ana Ulloa.
