Students from Santa María de Vila-real primary school visit the Port of Castellón
A group of 65 pupils for the Santa María de Vila-real primary school have visited the port of Castellón as a part of the programme ‘get to know your port.
The students enjoyed and educative programme in which they where told about the origins of the port and its subsequent expansion, becoming today one of the top ten ports in the Spanish system. Members of staff form the Port Authority explained to them the importance of the ceramics industry and how the port of Castellón provides infrastructure that plays a key role in creating employment and wealth in the Province of Castellón.
