The Port Authority of Castellón has started up a new service to provide advice to clients online via its website. The objective of the scheme is to improve the service to clients and provide information to anyone interested in setting up a business in the port of Castellón.
The new service which is already available on the official website of the Port Authority (https://www.portcastello.com/servicios/gestion-del-dominio-publico/concesiones-administrativas.html) provides information about the administrative procedures connected to the occupation of public domain, as well as works associated with that occupation and the activities which may be carried out in the service area of the port of Castellón. This new on line channel puts at the disposal of possible clients examples of the documents and administrative procedures necessary for obtaining any kind of permission as well as information about the procedure for obtaining administrative concessions.
In this way, the Port Authority of Castellón continues to work towards its objective of bringing its administration closer to the public and making it more accessible as well as simplifying the tasks of application.
