Clients and suppliers have attended a meeting at the Port Authority’s headquarters to receive information about the advantages of the new system.
The Port Authority of Castellón has called a meeting of clients and suppliers to give them information about the advantages of the new electronic billing system. The Port Authority intends, in this way, to facilitate the introduction of this procedure which allows for bills to be sent and received in a simple and reliable manner in an electronic format.
The ‘e bill’ makes it possible to have a reliable and accessible record of the document, to integrate it into the systems of ‘business resources planning’ (ERP) and to have it availability on the web at any time, where it can be searched for, downloaded and printed.
