Port Castelló has a service to improve customer support, it is the Customer Service (SAC).

This service is the result of a quality policy aimed at customer satisfaction to which are committed all the players that make up the Port Community, from the Port Authority to pilots, through agents, customs, etc.. 
 
Port Castelló Service Customer Care (SAC)'s main objective is to be an effective means of communication between the Port Community and its customers, as well as the entire environment around them. Port Castelló aims to strengthen ties with customers and provide the best service possible. SAC is designed as a single channel to centralize any complaint, claim, question or suggestion, which raised customer response with a commitment of 48 hours.
